致力于探究植物代谢和环境适应的机制。我们的目标是了解植物适应环境胁迫(高盐、高温、污染物等)的分子机理,并希望利用这些在特征植物中的发现对生态环境进行保护和修复。具体来讲,我们利用多组学技术(转录组测序、ATAC-seq等)来探究植物中与代谢和胁迫响应相关的基本事件和机制,包括植物激素介导的生理生化过程、重金属离子的吸收和外排等等。另外,我们还开展了与植物节律调节相关的研究,例如探究植物光周期和潮汐节律背后的遗传基础。相关研究成果在Nucleic Acids Research、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Plant Physiology and Biochemistry等国际期刊发表SCI论文50余篇。
