对话奇珍异兽——SYSU & HKU古生物主题Workshop
认识不同地质历史时期生物的面貌、曾经发生过的生物演化事件，思考现代生态学生物多样性和物种保护的相关问题
为让广大大学生了解古生物学的基础研究和前沿进展，我院联合香港大学地球科学系推出古生物主题Workshop活动，带领同学们认识不同地质历史时期生物的面貌、曾经发生过的生物演化事件，思考现代生态学生物多样性和物种保护的相关问题。本活动将于1月14日至16日在广州校区举办，由包童助理教授主持，有幸邀请到本学院和香港大学多位古生物学的专家老师做专题讲座。
鉴于当前疫情形势复杂，香港大学的师生无法来到线下参会，本活动将采取线上线下结合的方式举行，并在活动最后一天（16日）安排直播参观中山大学博物馆、生物博物馆和广州黄埔军校的活动，让大家能够在线上体验我校和广州的特色。
本活动得到了中山大学港澳台办公室的鼎力支持，由中山大学生态学院主办。
